Community-based Housing and Residential Supports

This is a community-based support offered within the Algoma district. People supported are encouraged to obtain individual ownership or lease agreements while choosing where they want to live and with whom, within their chosen neighbourhood. This approach is with the goal of having supports in place, where needed, to ensure people are living as independently as possible; while helping a person to build an inclusive community around them to live their best life.
