Our final staff member recipient of the Advocacy Excellence Award is Jennifer Wiwchar!

Here is a bit of Jenn's shining nomination:

"Jenn’s compassion and unwavering commitment to the people we support is evident in everything she does. She leads with a heart full of respect and a vision for inclusion, consistently placing the needs and rights of individuals at the forefront of her work. She goes beyond traditional advocacy, championing people supported at every level of the organization. Whether in their home environments, the community, or during office visits, she exemplifies the values of dignity, respect, and individuality. Her interactions with people highlight her genuine belief in their worth, celebrating each person's unique contributions to the world. Jenn also challenges staff at all levels to think creatively, break down barriers, and uphold the rights of those we support. She reminds us daily that everyone deserves to be treated as equal citizens, celebrated for their individuality, and given every opportunity to thrive".
